Executive Chef Steven Snook teams up with restaurateur and Sommelier Jonathan Rosenson to create a culinary-centric destination for special events. 

Jonathan's tenure as a creator and manager of restaurants, catering, and special events has shaped his dynamic approach to facilitating the success of creative shin-digs all across Southern California. He has spent numerous years innovating craft cocktail bar programs, wine & spirit dinners/pairings, celebrated wine lists, dinner and catering menus, fortune 500 corporate dinners, and the list goes on.

Chef Snook, a veteran in 3 & 2 star Michelin kitchens and a protege of Gordon Ramsey, has cooked all over the globe while opening world-renown restaurants in several countries. Chef has also developed elaborate menus and catering programs in 5 Star resorts (like the Kenwood Inn and Salish Lodge). His ideology on food is to present the best possible products, utilizing an elevated knowledge of preparation and culinary finesse. Understanding how to source the best local ingredients and the science skills behind what goes into advanced culinary arts is his forte. His techniques are refined and showcase texture, presentation, and enhanced flavor without any over-manipulation. The outcome is numerous flavor profiles that are transcending and intriguing.
